This is the first time that we have ever noticed this on our plants. ————————————————————————— CAUSED BY: Long periods of cool and moist weather. Proximity of old, dead materiel and close spacing of live plants. Splashing water, from a sprinkler or rain drops, from heaven. ————————————————————————– CONTROL METHODS: Remove or trim back all of the old, dead or infected leaves. Water with a drip line or flood the beds, with a hose bubbler. Severe outbreaks can be controlled with a garden Fungicide. ————————————————————————— Please inform me if I left anything out or if you have any more information to add. This was filmed in January and February of 2015, in Tonopah, Arizona. Enjoy this and let me know what you think about it. THANKS FOR WATCHING! The sphinx moth was awesome. I can give you a trick to use if you don't want to deal with the warping of image stabilizers. If you have any editing devices to slow down the video, just slow down the video at 2x and it will basically look pretty close to normal speed. Just make sure you don't have the image stabilizer on when you are recording a video. I do this if the shake of the camera warps when using the YouTube stabilizer. I can't use the camcorder's image stabilizer when I have a macro conversion lens attached to my camcorder.?

I have similar fungus problems with my Agaves, but only in the winter; and which I always attribute to our excessive cold and wet climate.

I LOVE the Nature vids and the plant vids combined 🙂
