It’s quick and easy to make and tastes just like sticky date pudding but without the eggs, dairy and fat! Healthy vegan goodness at it’s best! Enjoy these for breakfast, dessert or as a snack at any time 🙂 They go great with my banana ice cream and caramel sauce.     I'm pleased to read that you've reversed heart issues with your plant-based diet. Have you read The Spectrum by Dean Ornish, MD? I recommend that book and all his books to anyone experiencing health issues that relate to diet.

    i just made these- THEY TURNED OUT TERRIBLE. The oats just dont go well, and i have the worst stomach ache ever! Def not trying any of your recipes again
