I would highly recommend WASHING the cactus & aloe leaves before consuming.
We have so many Dust storms out here in Phoenix, which carry bacteria,
fungi, valley fever, viruses, pesticides, and who knows what else in the
air. I know when I’ve been in urgent care for a imbedded cactus thorn, i
was warned or infection from bacteria on the thorns.

Crazy! I’ve lived in the Arizona desert my whole life and totally neglected
these two cactus breeds. I knew they were eatable but didn’t put much value
on it. Now I know about a great abundant source of nutrition. Can’t wait to
    try it! Thanks Markus…

Markus, what do you mean dont drink fruit juice? I put peeled oranges in a
blender, about 6-7 and blend them and drink it, it turns into half pulp
half juice, is this bad? also does juicing carrots feed the worms? I just
went 100% raw last week. also im afraid of losing body weight by going on a
juice fast, im a thin guy already.(any tips?) thanks 🙂

Heartburn1220, People have been ingesting aloe vera since ancient times. It
is so good also for cleaning out arteries and veins, and the bowels. When I
first started taking it, it cleaned out my bowels. So I stayed close to the
toilet. Now I don’t do that. If you are unsure, start out with a smaller
amount of aloe vera and juice. Another excellent video to watch is Ronnie
and Minh on Aloe Vera. Ronnie and Minh also know Mark. All of them are very
    young looking and very healthy!
