Have you thought about a sail… we use them on our farm… They protect from UV Rays and they can last up to 70 miles per wind. water proof and makes an awesome shade…. I am starting my 2nd summer container garden back on its feet this week… I had to order stuff to keep the iguanas out

So did you say in Sep is when we can plant all veggies and herbs. That's what I did in Feb and everything survived lol. Give us more info about fall planting it's going to be my first fall gardening

Yaaay! Good luck with your limes! You gotta have citrus, living in AZ! When we bought our home, they said we had a grapefruit tree in the backyard. I'm not a fan of those fruits… but what we DID find out, is that it is actually a pomelo tree. They are not common here (I think they're from Asia) but MAN, are they delicious! I've priced them in stores that actually sell them and they want $3 + a piece. I would much rather have a lime or lemon tree, but they are yummy & a great bartering tool with others with citrus. 😀

I am burning up in Surprise, AZ! Still, I am thankful for basil and shishito peppers that are taking the heat so well. The rest of my plants are in survival mode. Watch your citrus tree. I have a kumquat that was gorgeous without any shade cloth…until last weekend. She is looking a little faded now. 🙁

Arizona. … SERIOUSLY?!? I have NOT had anything produce ANYTHING since this virus crap started… I feel like I am only keeping the plants on life support! My only wish is that I am helping the roots to establish well. Fingers crossed that I have a kickass Autumn. Have you felt that about any of your plants-that they'll explode during 80+ degrees? I have a variety of peppers that I purchased from Baker Creek and they are liking the Hell-like temps, but the others are "oh heck NO!" I would like to know how long your grow lights are on inside. I have conflicting time frames from a couple sources. Hugs, from Mesa! (P.S. I got my ginger today… can't wait to try your suggestions on how to incorporate into meals… wish me luck!)
