It is high carb and low fat and would suit those following a raw till 4 or starch solution lifestyle – or anyone wanting a healthy plant based food alternative! This recipe served 2 to 4 people – depending how hungry you are 🙂 The texture is amazing and has a very hearty and decadent feel to it. It is great served in a fancy bowl, cup or glass jar and best of all is quick and easy to make.     I wanted to try this to have a nice dessert for the weekdays (meal prepping) and also as I had some tiny bit of polenta left. Omg, the recipe is fantastic! I didn't want to use so much bananas, as I didn't want it to be sweet or too banana-like so I just used one small banana, and ended up putting in more lemon juice, and it's just amazing! Also, I cooked the rice with the cardamom seeds to get a more intense flavour (I LOVE cardamom) So delicious! Thanks for sharing!

    You are so cool honestly . You have one of my favourite vegan channels . All your recipes are like my child hood favourite foods that I haven't known how to make vegan . So I just wanted to say thanks it's awsome u have such a cool caring personality . Love it

    Looks delicious, like all of your recipes. Perhaps drizzling in the polenta slowly as the liquid boils would prevents the clumps.
