Happy day after Easter Michelle…I did have a huge cactus plant
about 6 feet high and branched out about the same width…The
gardener was always complaining about it–It started mysteriously dying-
didn't suspect him at first -and then came an an AH HA..moment…It
grew from just one small section–like you can buy in the grocery store..
don't know what it would be called –not a leaf-not a branch ??..Polly

Ich dachte, Sie würden diese Kakteen mögen. Es gibt einige andere Arten, die noch nicht geblüht haben. Die saguaros nicht blühten noch. Der Feigenkaktus haben Knospen auf sie und sind immer bereit zu blühen.

I thought you would like these cactus. There are some other kinds that have not yet bloomed. The saguaros have not bloomed yet. The prickly pear have buds on them and are getting ready to bloom.

I'm glad you enjoyed it Oosh! There is a lot more vegetation and color in the desert than most people think. At least here in the Sonoran Desert there is. Lots of wildlife too only most of the animals are illusive. The creosote bushes give off a wonderful aroma especially when it's raining. I hope you had a joyous Easter Oosh! Love and hugs, Michele

Ha! You can name more than I can! I was walking with my neighbor this morning and we were wondering about that barrel cactus because it is so red! Now I can tell her what kind it is. I'm anxious to see it blooming. I love the Fairy Dusters. And what beats the smell of Creosote on a rainy day?
