I couldn't tell if you had to destroy the cacti or not to trigger this. Anybody experimented with it?

Wonderful collection. Have any San pedro or bolivian torch cactus?

  • Carol Michell 5 months ago

Loved seeing your Opuntia collection. I only have a few (3) Tephrocacti, but they’re intriguing plants.

  • doomsdoor 5 months ago

Have you ever had to deal with chelinidea vittiger infestation on prickly pears and/or other cacti plants? I live in Texas and they are a extreme pain because they can kill a nice plant within a month

The poly tunnel looks great!! Love the idea of the cardboard toilet rolls holding the cacti up. Very handy.

Lynnie!!! Although I've seen your cacti and succulent collection many times before, seeing them all together now redefines the magnitude of the collection, which is phenomenal!!! Absolutely gob smacked!! I'm so happy for you! Everything looks well displayed too. Thank you for stating the names of the opuntias, I sure learnt some names from the video. Massive thumbs up! Keep it up Lynnie!!! From the garden city of India to the Emerald Isle, have smashing days in your poly tunnel with your incredible plant family! Cheers.

Hi Lyn! I have 3 opuntia humifusa compressa and all of them are wery shrively and don’t seem to absorb water. Yours looked like that too so is it normal? ( they where not like that before the winter) Is it true that they can take -25 to -45˚C?

Hi Lyn!!!!!!!! A lort of hard work from both of you. So nice that now is all done. I saw the Stapelia is growing so well. And the opuntia i wish it blooms for you because it makes amazing flowers. But i am so impresed with the Alocasia. Wow guys what are you doing and it grows so well? All the plants you had sent me they are growing also well. They have all new growths now.

  • Eileen Mailloux 5 months ago
