[Total: 0   Average: 0/5]You must sign in to vote Hi ROAM-ies! I wanted to show you a pretty cool and FREE place to boondock, just off Hwy 95 – between Quartzsite and Yuma AZ. Only trouble is, it wasn’t so free for me….because I got robbed. Let me tell you about my first time experiencing theft while on the road – plus, I‘ll also share some ideas about what I could do differently next time. I hope you get some fun and useful tips that you can try yourself because it’s kind of my mission to spare you from having to go through most of the stuff that I do – LOL. You can get a naked cardboard cut out of yourself and leave it sticking out of the bushes….

I would not of left your chairs or mat or anything out there, if you go to town, take it all with you. Chances are that someone thought it was abandoned thus they took it. Lesson learned.

I wouldn't exactly call that being robbed. I have been known to "find" things people forgot or left behind.

Haha loved it but you stinker you said you were Robbed: to take something with a threat or weapon. You actually may have been the victim of someone who didn't want a squatter. However, usually beekeepers ask permission of land owner before leaving supers. The 8 of those boxes are over a $1000 and then you add the cost of the bees etc. My father-in-law was a beekeeper botanist he would have seen the rug and possibly picked up your stuff and prevented you from being actually ROBBED or hurt by the drug users etc that hang out there. I try to look at the "something good will come out of this." I'm sorry you were ripped off …glad you and the fur kiddos weren't hurt. I feel guilty for loving this video..but you did a great job! Watched at least twice….

I'm so sorry this happened to you! I'm east of you in the AZ desert, on my way north and hopefully will see you at TT next month. Hopefully the people who took your stuff thought it was left there intentionally for someone to take. I love the idea of the caution tape; up it with a chalk outline of a body on the ground, bah ha haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
