Hi Lyn! I love your videos and your high spirits.
I actually use worm castings to fertilize my cacti and succulents. And believe me, worm castings work absolutely fantastically on them as they work on all my plants. I am a fan of worm castings, because there's not one plant that doesn't respond to them with vigorous growth and health.
I live in Berlin, Germany, and my cacti and succulents spend the summer on my balcony which faces south-west. It gets hot at times, but this summer hasn't fried them. Instead, I succeeded in saving their lives form the Monsoon rains, which probably also drenched and soaked Ireland.
Take care, Lyn! Enjoy your plants and say hi to Hans.
    Best wishes from Berlin!

I bought a Echeveria glauca 'Bronze and one buy one the leaves started falling off. Now there are no leaves left on it so I bought another one and it started that too. If I touch the leaves they just fall off. What am I doing wrong. It get's morning sun for 2 or 3 hour's.

i know you and hans are busy, but can you do a short video (or long as i adore your long videos ) how you collect rain water, clean it , and save it to water plants….i seen something in the background of video of a tub or something under a rain gutter…id like to collect it and save to water mine…without making a place for misqueto to breed…now, i fill up watering cans from the tap and let them set a few days because its hard water, plus the water company adds chlorine, and fluoride and who knows what else and ive been noticing salt build up on quite a few of my plants, even ,letting the water sit for days

Did you ever try growing the seeds from your ruffled echevaria? Do you have any videos on growing echevarias? I have so many seeds from my black prince echevaria and am going to plant them in march or April because where I am in Canada it is cold and cloudy!
