What can I plant on a steep drop, in front of a ditch that runs the property, that would give privacy and look nice?

I'm excited I found your videos. We have been in our home for a year now and just now have been able to get some grass started. We had a landscaper come but he left us without doing everything he promised. We have a huge slope which was mulched and he added a few flower beds. This is our first home and we have no idea what to plant. Can you offer some suggestions? Thanks in advance. 🙂

Are you able to list out the names of the different plants in this video? Love this design and want to do it! Also, where do you suggest purchasing the boulders? Thanks!!

Hey Bobby! I'm so glad I found your channel. I love this design! We have been in our home for a while now and I've attempted to landscape with no success. I planted a Rose of Sharon a few years ago and it is the only part of the front if our home that looks good. I'd love to have some low maintenance shrubs and perennials for Color but I just never know what to plant or how to lay them out. Our home is a ranch style and the straight roofline makes it even more boring. I have 4 teen boys and a hubby willing to do the work as my Mother's Day gift, but I don't know what to tell them to plant. Help! Your designs are amazing and I enjoy watching your videos.

Thank you for your video. Great ideas and advice. I have a front yard with what i would call steep hump (steeper than a slope) that meets the sidewalk.. I would like to remove the grass and landscape but don't know where to start. Any advice? Thank you!! Kami

I’m interested in design for hot, humid and dry soil with little to no maintenance landscape in the front t

This is great, thanks for the video! As a first time homeowner with a small ranch in the Midwest, I really want to spruce up the front yard but am not sure how to go about it. Lots of houses around me seem to have those evergreen bushes that outline the front of the house but I want to try something different. My yard is pretty much a blank slate and I love the idea of adding the trees and boulders and really paying attention to color. My question is when is the best time to do this type of work? Early, late spring? Fall? Does it matter? Thanks!
