This is a quick and easy dairy free and nut free recipe and it will be done in under half an hour! With a neutral flavor, this homemade plant based cream cheese can be turned into a sweet or savory flavor of your choice. If going sweet try adding sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, lemon juice etc… or try savory combinations such as herb, garlic, chives, pepper, chili and so on.     Could you use cornstarch instead of agar? I can't find Agar in any of my local stores.

    I think,I ha e got too used to NOOCH, and like a bit cheesy, now would I put a couple of tbsp in with the mix at the beginning? Or would you recommend blending a red pepper or something?
