This one is so pretty that I actually took the phone over to my teen kid and interrupted his video game to make him admire it.
    Two thumbs up here. ♡♡

I can only wish my soil was that easy to dig. I have to get the pick axe to dig a hole and AMEND EVERY HOLE. IM UP FOR SUGGESTION ON WHAT TO DO. THIS AREA IS SO PRETTY.

I get inspirational from your gardens. How do you get rid of voles? They have been evading my garden. I have tried a variety of things but they have not worked. They eat the roots of my plants and now I am hesitate about planting more plants.

It’s so beautiful, you are multi talented. I love how you choose plants and transform an area.

This is my favorite color combination. Soft, yet striking.

The only problem is that watching you plant these beautiful areas makes me walk away feeling accomplished and satisfied…like I did something…and I didn’t. Haha! Here’s hoping I can get off my phone and get moving in my own garden soon!! ☺️

I never had roses in my all perennial gardens, mostly because I didn't know much about them but after a visiting with my sister-in-law who has about 100 roses I learned a lot and fell in love. I immediately put some in two years ago and they're amazing. The second year is when I had my first experience with Japanese beetles showing up and eating the blooms! Now I regularly check the roses doing a walkthrough to crush the little pests.
Do you have the Japanese beetles in Oregon as well?
