Hey Lyn! Wonderful to see how your collection is going as usual. Happy to see you have lots of flowers on the way. 🙂 Looking forward to seeing your future bloom videos. — I do have a question as you have more experience than I do. I seem to have a mealy bug infestation specifically on my echeverias and mammilarias (impossible to get all of them manually). I'm at my wits' end now and am thinking I might have to buy a systemic pesticide to rid them of all of the bugs. During the winter period there isn't much I think I can do as the plants are resting but the bugs are spreading… 🙁 Do you have any tricks, recipies or products you can recommend to eliminate these pests which wont harm my plants skin (I've burnt some cacti last year with a mixture of vegetable oil, rubbing alcohol and dish soap-maybe too potent). Any ideas would be a blessing. Thanks in advance. Thanks for your wonderful energy as always! EML

I love your growing space and your collection is so beautiful and full of precious gems there, so many amazing cacti and succulents. It's a joy to behold. So beautiful! You have a gift with plants, Lyn! I also got from Rachel a cutting of Kalanchoe Tessa, in May. It grew in the summer and looked beautiful (though it never grew as big as yours), but when the winter came it started to drop leaves, and no matter what I did, it just went downhill and died a couple of weeks ago. I think it's because I can't provide a cool winter rest for it. At the balcony is -10 C degrees, way below freezing, so I had to keep it indoors. and it wan't cool enough for it. The soil dried fast, and it was hard to water it, because it was either too much or too little, I couldn't get it right, and the air is too warm, light isn't enough. Poor dear. When it was down to one tiny branch, I tried cutting it and planting it again, but it didn't work. Oh well. It's hard to grow succulents at our place.

Hi there, can you tell me the name of your cactus at the begining of the video at about 0.17 it's at the left of the screen with like three pretruding ridges with dark looking spines coming out of the ridges. Cactus itself is very green. Would love to get a few of those. Can you tell me what it is? (Big apologies for my description, not so good at describing cacti yet). :)

Everything look so beautiful, Lynn. Thank you for the tour. ♥ What is the name of the cactus above the Opuntia? It looks like white round fuzzy balls. So cute! ♥ Have a great day!

Your plants look as happy as you are ! Thanks for sharing. What's the fuzzy white plant between the Mammillaria and the Opuntia about one minute into the video? It's very intriguing. Thanks !!
