I figured I would try and post some of my experiences for others who are looking for information on growing vegetables in Arizona. This video shows my red potato harvest. My plant actually grew true potato seeds. I plan to cut open the fruit and save the seeds for next year. The potato’s from the seed will not be true to the parent potato but I don’t mind. I am excited to see what ends up growing. I also wanted to mention that the potato’s I grew taste sooooo much better than those purchased at the store. There really is a difference 🙂 Video Rating: / 5
