The drought resistant grass variety planted the old fashioned way – hand spread seed – is cut for the first time at POLYCORP’s new Halifax condo Q Lofts. Extra deep roots grow several times the depth of normally used sod farm grown grasses, which will allow this small patch of green to stay – hopefully – green, weed and pesticide free for years to come. While a bit splotchy in places, the seed has taken well and received a much deserved cutting on a beautiful evening in Halifax this evening.
