Just in time for mother’s day, this is a simple treat that any mum would love! Or just keep it in the freezer and eat a slice whenever you get a sweet craving. I also like to keep freezer cake handy for when I have unexpected guests drop by. This would also make a great birthday cake! Is it sweet? It looks really good, but I'd also like it if you cut into some of these dishes. I want to see the texture and consistency.

Wow, great recipe. The only thing is that i am sensitive to coconutoil. I love it actually, it tastes great and has a many possibilities, but it gives me health problems. Is there a good alternative? I think when i use oil i need to use much less, because its so fluid….Thanks and greetz from the Netherlands! 😉 Ida
