Also discuss some plans on where they might go in an effort to still keep things manageable. Other than the seeds shown here I’m also going to do some carrots and sugar snap peas!     Beets cabbage and potato's all do well over the winter…In the spring i go by the last frost date. Our average last frost is march 1st. Beyond that for the winter crops I plant them right about now although i am totally behind on my plans for a winter garden.
