The Shamel Ash is a great desert tree that can grow up to 40 feet in height. They are deciduous trees and most the time will lose their leaves in the winter. However, the more mature the tree gets, the more resistant to colder weather they become. These trees require little maintenance and can handle low amounts of water. However, when they get heavy water they will grow faster and have a healthier green canopy like these trees shown in the video below.
