Why go thru the expense of building a 2880sq/ft roof on the ground?  You could have built it off of the ground and utilized it for storage.  Your tractor is sitting out uncovered, your water tanks are sitting out uncovered.  Would have been smarter to build it so that it is usable storage space and not just a place for rattlesnakes to hide under. Also, might be off-grid, but the set up they have, with the land, they have to in it to the toon of $150,000 or more.
