[Total: 0 Average: 0/5] You must sign in to vote TODAY I MADE A VIDEO CHECKING THE STATUS OF MY OCOTILLO CUTTINGS I TOOK ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO. I USED A PAIR OF PLIERS TO PULL DOWN/BACK ONE OF THE LOWER SPINES. IF YOU SEE GREEN, THE CUTTING IS STILL ALIVE. DON’T OVERWATER, AS THEY NEED DRY SANDY SOIL TO AVOID ROTTING, AND TO TAKE ROOT. I USED A ROOTING HORMONE WHEN I MADE THE CUTTINGS, AND WATERED THEM LIGHTLY IN POTS, ABOUT EVERY 2-3 WEEKS. HOPE THIS INFO HELPS, KEITH IN ARIZONA Video Rating: / 5
