I used neem oil on my pumpkin plants but had disasterous results. On my first application, there were no issues. However, on my second application, some of the plants? got destroyed. I followed the directions on the bottle for both the mixture, as well as the time of day that I sprayed. The product worked really well against keeping away squash bugs and squash vine borers, but after it destroyed some of my pumpkin plants, I am reluctant to use it again.
Thanks! I’ve always restrained myself from applying any type of liquids that may affect the taste of my produce. Nonetheless I could use this for bugs. For bigger predators like birds or rodents I used a Scarer ( for? example: hawkbirdscarer. com) it costs me nothing and it’s perfect because it doesn’t kill or affect the taste of my crops.
Great stuff! I used this to control squash? bugs. Best year I ever had in NOT being bothered with them. YAY!
great? info!
