Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I just tried it and it is by far the best mugcake I've ever eaten (including my pre-vegan period)!!! I'll probably eat this every day :)

I just made it, very good taste, I love it… but the dough didn't grow at all. I used yeast.

I looks so amazing! YUM! But I don't have a microave! Will the mug break in the oven from the heat?

Hi Anja! I just made this! It was delicious! However mine did not rise to the top of my cup like yours did. My baking soda was in date. I cooked it for 1 min 10 sec. Any thoughts about the lack of rise? I want to make one for my non plant based hubby and presentation is everything. Lol! Your recipes are awesome ! Thank you!!

This was so simple and utterly amazing. I used that new Bob Mills 1 to 1 gluten free flour, and I used maple syrup and ground date sugar to sweeten it. I also used unsweetened coconut milk. I am very impressed. Next time, I will try coconut palm sugar.

I love your recipes. I had a chocolate craving. I replaced the peanut butter for pumpkin purée. So delicious. Thank you. I made the transition to vegan with your helpful recipes. Be blessed. Angelique.
