What can you grow in the desert garden area 9b in December

Planting vegetables in December makes those terrible summer temperatures tolerable. For our “autumn/winter”, the temperature is actually cooling. It is expected that this winter will be mild and dry. However, there are still a few nights where we will find a little frost in the yard. Today, I shared some techniques I used to protect sensitive plants. The colder temperature allowed me to move the seedlings indoors. You can still plant seeds outdoors, but they will take longer to grow out, so it can be helpful to start planting seeds indoors or in a cold environment. I will share my interior setup with you next week. Happy planting! !
