Our garden is honestly looking the best it ever has in spite of triple digit temperatures. It is a very hot time to be thinking about planting anything. One could hardly believe that we could still plant anything that would be willing to thrive. I love the quick reference monthly low desert planting reminders made by Angela from Growing In the Garden. My goal is to consistently share her suggestions each month to keep us ahead of our planting game. Plus, I find it encouraging to know that no matter how hot it is, seeds will still grow. August 15 is the date that fall/winter seed crops can be direct sown so starting thinking about that!!
