In today’s video, I share with you what you can plant in January and it includes some newcomers like peppers and potatoes. I am thrilled to share with you the greenhouse I got for Christmas, it is beyond my wildest dreams. This week of 70 degree temperatures has me excited to be outside getting seedlings prepped and planting more carrots and winter goodies. Are you planting from seed for your spring garden or are you going to work from transplants? #WhatYouCanPlantInDecember #WhatYouCanPlantInDecemberZone9b #WhatYouCanPlantInDecemberDesertGarden #DesertWinterGarden #WinterGardenZone9b #ArizonaVegetableGarden #SpringGardenPrep Follow Me on Instagram: @allpurposemom Video Rating: / 5 I’m growing 21 rose varieties in the Phoenix AZ area. Some are as new as 2 months in the ground and others as old as 6 years in the ground. I share tips for caring for them when we enter Summer heat with 100+ degree highs. On fertilizer, please do NOT use a product like Bayer that include pesticides like imidacloprid (neonicotinoidas) that kill/harm bees and other wildlife. An organic certified fertilizer brand is the best choice along with using an organic pest control like neem oil only as needed to control aphids.  My full plant list is here, including a tab of the roses I grow: Video Rating: / 5

Beautiful garden! Are you direct sowing any of those seeds? Or solely using the greenhouse? Thanks! x

Just started the January plants. Lot of seeds. Bought steer manure, and organic soils. Dunno what mushroom compost will do yet

I have 10 of the 10 gallon bags planted
Also watched a video of a man who filled his garden beds with logs then 4 years later showed the awesome life in his beds

Thanks for sharing your greenhouse! I started my tomatoes and peppers in doors last month. I'd like to start some basil when do you recommend starting basil in doors?
