    Great idea! There is so much peppermint in my herb garden that I am practically drowning in It right now. I have just dried a bunch of it and your video gave me the idea to try powdering some of the dried leaves, then blending with the meringue and sugar, then spooning the mixture onto the pan to bake. Finding a practical use for the peppermint besides tea would certainly be a life saver. 🙂 Thank you.

    I wonder if you put the leaves on the sheet first, you could spoon the meringue on top and sprinkle with the sugar if that would work better.
