Mmmmm – lemon grass. I loved munching on it when I was a kid. Now I live in the northwest and it doesn't grow up here. I can grow those Sunchokes, though. Very prolific! They taste great tossed in avocado oil, lime juice and Trader Joe's Chili-Lime Salt, then baked at 350 deg for 30-40 minutes. I cut them into bite size pieces for maximum coating coverage.

For those wondering about his Parkinson's Disease like shaking, I believe fruits and vegetables and omega 3s are your best way to attack the problem.
I believe it is caused by all the EMFs destroying the brain.
Obviously, there is much we don't know, but what I do know is that Steve Jobs refused to allow his kids to have cell phones.

My Desert Tortoises love Mallow, and Lambs Quarters, and of coarse their favorite is Dandelion Flowers, oh, and my Kale, Snow Peas, and Broccoli.

I think I need help. I plant an onion seed last last week but until now it is still seed. Lol. Maybe because I put it outside where the temperature is 9 degrees?

Beautiful ! Mouth watering looking at you guys eating. How nice being able to grow fruit trees in Arizona, it's hard to believe you guys having oranges in the winter. Too bad I can't do the same in Ohio.
