In this video I share my space that is 100% Xeriscaped and about 80% edible. In Avery Ranch a landscape variance has been created by the HOA in an effort to conserve water by allowing up to 75% Xeriscape in the front yards and 100% in the back yards with specific guidelines and restrictions. I am really proud to be part of such a forward thinking community and am happy to be part of the movement that has made these changes possible.
